Designed for the food, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries, the sampling valve is sterilized before and after sampling. The valve body and fittings are made from a single piece of material to avoid cracks and weld porosity.

Open valve; sampling
When the valve is open, the stem and diaphragm seal will shrink, allowing liquid to pass. Sterile sampling can be performed using standard accessories. These accessories are designed to ensure proper conditions for sterilization (2bar-121C) insulation to avoid burns.
Closed valve: sterilization
When the valve is closed, open the passage between the ports for sterilization. If steam sterilization is used, it is recommended to use a small pressure relief valve on the outlet.
