System Features:
1. The feeding of this system is controlled by imported high-precision weighing sensor, which can accurately detect the weight of liquid in the tank in real time and avoid interference from other factors such as pressure and temperature.
2. The load cell is installed on the outside of the tank and has no contact with the liquid in the tank, which fully guarantees the quality of the liquid.
3. The tank and pipeline are fast and softly connected (imported medicinal silicone tube, working temperature -30-150'C, in line with GMP and FDA requirements), greatly reducing measurement error.
4. Adopt PLC and touch screen for automatic control, friendly man-machine interface, simple operation, only need to set parameters according to process requirements, the system can prepare qualified liquid medicine at one time. The randomness and instability of the manual operation of the manual liquid dispensing device are completely solved.
5. Fully automatic CIP and SIP can be realized through the CIP online cleaning workstation configured by the system.
