If the stirring medium is highly toxic, flammable, explosive, high - purity (and relatively expensive) materials, or if it needs to be operated under high - vacuum conditions with extremely high sealing requirements, and both packing seals and mechanical seals cannot meet the requirements, a fully - enclosed magnetic transmission device can be selected.
In addition, the materials for the mixing tank body, tank cover, agitator, and shaft seal can be selected from carbon steel or stainless steel, etc. according to different process requirements. The mixing tank body and tank cover can be connected by flange sealing or welding. According to the process requirements, process pipe holes for feed - in, discharge, observation, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, steam fractionation, and safety venting can be opened on the mixing tank body and tank cover.
